Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using Viver services. It applies to all users and supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content

  • Illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates export controls.
  • Content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that incites violence.
  • Sexually explicit content, except where lawful and clearly designated.
  • Personal data of others without a lawful basis or required consents.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to bypass technical or rate limits.
  • Attacks on the Service, including denial-of-service, malware distribution, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Use of the Service to build a competing product or train competing AI models.
  • Automated bulk activity that materially degrades the Service for other users.

3. High-risk use cases

The Service is not designed for use as the sole basis for decisions in safety-critical, medical, or legally binding contexts without qualified human review. You are responsible for the appropriate professional oversight of any decision that relies on AI output.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts and removing content. Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities.
