Every action in Viver — a question to the assistant, a workflow run, a document analysis — consumes credits. One credit costs £0.10. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and unused credits roll over for one billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can try the full product for just 55 credits (£5.50). If Viver isn't a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How does the 14-day refund work?
Within 14 days of any plan purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund your payment in full — no forms, no friction.
Where is our data stored?
All Professional and Enterprise data is stored in EU regions. Enterprise customers can choose dedicated tenants with strict residency controls.
Do you train models on our data?
No. Your data is never used to train shared models. Custom fine-tuning is available on Enterprise and remains private to your tenant.
How is billing handled?
Monthly or annual billing in USD. Volume discounts apply automatically beyond 25 seats or 5,000 credits per month. Invoiced contracts available on request.
