1. 14-day money-back guarantee
For any new plan purchase (Trial, Starter, Professional), you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have used less than 50% of the credits included in the plan. Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will process the refund within 10 business days.
2. Renewals
Renewals of monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
3. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise contracts are governed by their order form. Refunds, credits, and termination rights follow the terms negotiated there.
4. Bank transfer payments
For bank-transfer purchases, refunds are sent to the originating account. We may require proof of account ownership before processing.
5. Statutory consumer rights
If you purchase as a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service within the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the Service is fully performed. The 14-day money-back guarantee above is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
