These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Viver sp. z o.o. (Generała Jarosława Dąbrowskiego 25A, 00-838 Zielona Góra, Poland) governing your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials.
2. Subscriptions, credits & billing
The Service is sold on a credit basis (1 credit = $0.10) and via monthly or annual plans. Charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
4. Customer content
You retain all rights in the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not train shared models on your content.
5. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased output. Output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Viver and its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Confidentiality & security
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. We maintain a security program described in our Security overview.
8. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice if uncured. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete customer content per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the seat of Viver sp. z o.o. in Zielona Góra, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
