We rely on contractual necessity to deliver the service, legitimate interest to secure and improve the platform, consent for optional analytics and marketing, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

We share data with vetted sub-processors that host infrastructure, process payments, send transactional email, and provide AI model inference. We do not sell personal data. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterward. Billing records are retained for 5 years to meet Polish tax law. Customer content is deleted within 30 days of account closure.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Polish UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

We apply technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and regular reviews aligned with our ISO 27001 program.
